My husband and I participated in the On Deck for the Cure walk on August 6, 2011, on board the Veendam (I cut the ribbon!). Bravo to Holland America for this initiative – as a 2x breast cancer survivor (17 years!), and the Public Relations representative and Race PR Chair for Susan G.
