Westerdam Congratulates HAL University Graduates : Dry dock.

On August 11, Westerdam had the first graduation ceremony for the officers and supervisors who graduated from HAL University. In total 40 officers and supervisors completed their Leadership Academy and Supervisory Excellence. For five weeks they went through all the learning material and worked very hard. Great accomplishment. Congratulations to all.
